With an Initial Session, you get your first in-person training session:

📅 Follow-up Sessions can be added as needed and should be booked around 2-4 weeks apart to maintain momentum and support ongoing success.

Step 1: Complete A Training Agreement & Waiver

• A current waiver is required before booking

Step 2: Book and Pay for Your Sessions

Once you’ve submitted your waiver:

1. Select a Date and Time:
   • Choose an available date and time from the calendar below
   • If the date is white, no bookings remain
   • If the date is green, select an available time
   • If the date is green but says “No blocks available,” pick another date
2. Add Travel Details:
   • Select travel surcharge based on location (see map below)
   • Enter the address where the first session will be held
   • Provide parking info or buzzer details if needed
3. Secure Your Booking:
   • Click Book Now, proceed to checkout, and complete payment
   • Important – **Your booking is not confirmed until payment (checkout) has been completed**
